Buddhism is mostly known to us today as a legacy of Shakyamuni Buddha (aka Gautama Buddha) more than 2,500 years ago. We rarely hear anything about Buddhism in the period prior to Shakyamuni Buddha. For followers of Buddhism, countless number of books and materials do not seem to be able to provide readers with a holistic view of Buddhism history and in particular its Buddha Leaders. Many of us probably would ask questions like: when did Buddhism come to exist? Was there Buddhism prior to Shakyamuni Buddha (aka Gautama Buddha)? Who did lead the Buddhism before Shakyamuni Buddha? And who is next to replace him? Etc.
Buddhism was established a long time ago prior to the period of Shakyamuni Buddha, more than 7,000 years ago. Buddhism is the doctrine issued and promulgated by the Buddha & God Council (a council under the Highest Universal Council). It is being maintained and edited until today.
Buddhism teaches the following fundamental matters:
+ To explain clearly to mankind (Astral and Rough men) in the whole Universe the Existence of Universe including: the existence of Troi which is the Highest Power of the Universe; existence of the Highest Universe Council HUC; the Buddha & God Council (BGC), Emperor Council (EC); the Laws of Troi and Laws of Emperor; the Co-existence of Visible and Invisible Spaces, Astral Men and Rough Men, Reincarnation, etc. Buddhism explains the truthful facts existing in the Universe independent to the thoughts of men.
+ To guide the Astral and Rough men in the whole Universe the way to cultivate their mind and body towards “ Truth, Goodness, Forbearance”.
In general, it was a body of scientific knowledge about the Universe and how man should live in harmony with Nature and the Laws of Troi. It is a science about way of living.
Shakyamuni Buddha was the 4th generation of Buddha Leader of Buddhism. When he was alive on Earth he invented one of the greatest invention in Buddhism where he found the harmonized way for cultivation (the Middle Way), which basically means cultivating in the conditions of normal life (eating, working and living normally). (See here for more details). Through thousands of years, teaching in Buddhism was lost and there remains only fragments of truth originally taught by the Buddha.
This article discusses the generations of Buddhas who were the leader of Buddhism. Buddhas mentioned here are those who are now dwelling in the invisible space who once led the Buddhism not just only on planet Earth but also Buddhism on other man-bearing planets in the whole Universe. All of them were Rough Men on Earth who cultivated to attain the highest level in the Universe. (see here for levels in the Universe)
2.1 Upper Buddhas in the Universe
Upper Buddhas are once those Rough Men on man-bearing planets in the Universe who have attained enlightenment at the highest level called Upper Buddha (See Figure 1 below). As the highest Astral Men dwelling in the invisible space, they are guiding men (both Rough Men and Astral Men) in the whole Universe to practice their mind and develop their virtue toward Chan, Thien, Nhan (Truth, Goodness, Forbearance). Upper Buddhas are truly treasured Astral Men in this Universe. This is a fact, a truth, not a legend and never be a superstition.
As of the present time November 2018, there are only 14 Upper Buddhas in the whole Universe.

2.2 Levels of Buddha
Astral Men called Buddha can be categorised into 3 levels, as follows:
All Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) were once Rough Men from the five man-bearing planets in Universe.
2.3 Grade of Duc Phat-Upper Buddha
In accordance with the teaching of Shakyamuni Buddha, Duc Phat-Upper Buddha is further categorised into Duc Phat Thuong Ton (Highest Revered Buddha) grade and 10 lower grades, from 1 to 10 with 10 as the highest. In particular, 14 existing Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) are categorised as follows:
A. Duc Phat Thuong Ton (Highest Revered Buddha): there are 4 of them, further categorised as below:
All Duc Phat Thuong Ton-Highest Revered) Buddha, once led the Standing Three Jewels (now known as Highest Universal Council-FOGHY).
B. Duc Phat (Upper Buddha): there are 10 of them, further categorised as below:
There are no Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) of grade 8,7,6,5,3,2,1 in Universe as of the present time.
4 Duc Phat Thuong Ton-Highest Revered Buddhas once led the Standing Three Jewels (now known as Highest Universal Council-FOGHY) in chronical order, as follows:
There was a period from 917 BC to 113 BC, the Highest Universal Council was led by Amitabha Buddha (Buddha name TAGOCOL). Amitabha led the Highest Universal Council only for around 800 years (whilst a normal term should be around 1,200 years). This man in fact violated an instruction of Troi and was removed from this position in 113 BC. In 2018, Amitabha and Maitreya (Buddha name ROPA) were found guilty of a crime where they were the mastermind of a plot to betray and overthrow Troi. Both of them have been imprisoned in the Prison level and all of their Buddha titles have been revoked by Troi.
Spiritual Power of Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) is measured by the subtleness of their Astral’s light. The more subtle this light the more powerful their spirit is. In particular:
(The size of a nano, can’t be seen with eye, is about 10-9 m, i.e one billionth of a meter. So the subtleness of Duc Phat’s Astral is far beyond the size of a nano).
In comparing with speed of light (about 300,000 km per second), the travelling speed of Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) are as follows:
Universe Information is combination of all information in the whole Universe. This information combination is stored at the frontier line of the Universe globe. Those who can reach this frontier line can access all information in Universe so can know everything.
The capability to access Universe Information of Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) are as follows:
In the invisible space, Duc Phat (Upper Buddha) operates in Councils. In particular:
The Highest Universe Council – HUC (Troi name FOGHY): is the standing authority of Troi. All 14 Duc Phat (Upper Buddha grade 9, 10 & Thuong Ton) are members of this Council. Van Van Quang Buddha is the Chair of this Council and BIGA Buddha is the Standing Member.
Committees under the HUC: all Duc Phat Thuong Ton -Highest Revered Buddha are leader of each Committee under HUC. Duc Phat -Upper Buddha are members of each Committee and also head the Sub-committees (under these Committees).
"There are physical and invisible (subtle) spaces co-existing in this universe"
"There are Rough Men living in the physical space and Astral Men living in the invisible space. The Astral Men are a lot more advanced than the Rough Men"
"The big mistake of mankind so far is we are not willing to cooperate with the invisible space"
